- Items purchased through may be easily returned within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be unopened, in new condition, and include all accessories if applicable. If your returned product(s) is accepted, we will post credit to your Advantage Electronics account within 24 hours from the time we receive the product(s) at one of our distribution centers. If you did not create an account at checkout, store credit will be made available to you.

Defective Items

- Opened products may be returned only if deemed defective by the manufacturer. If an item is in fact defective, it may be exchanged for the same product at our expense. We will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement upon the arrival of the defective part.

Wrong Items

- If you have received the wrong item, please contact a representative for a replacement. If you have ordered the wrong product, let us know and we will work to get the proper materials to you in a timely fashion. A 20% restocking fee is may apply.

- In order to authorize your return, we will need:

  • Customer name
  • Invoice or order number
  • Item part number
  • Number of items being returned
  • Reason for the return

- Once this information is received we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please make a copy for your records and include your RMA with the returned shipment. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. The cost of shipping with then be deducted from the refunded credit amount.
